Welcome to The Oracle. By creating an account or using our apps and website (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

2. The Nature of Readings

The Oracle provides reflective, spiritual and entertainment content generated with the help of artificial intelligence, tarot symbolism, astrology and numerology. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for those matters.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions & Credits

Some features require a subscription or in-app credits. Payments are processed by the App Store, Google Play, or our payment processors. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent activity;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt the Service;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
• upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The Oracle, including its name, logo, designs and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to the personal entries and questions you create; you grant us a limited licence to store and display them back to you.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, after notice when reasonably possible.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
