• Conversation content — questions you ask the Oracle and the readings, journal entries and reflections you save.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics about how features are used so we can improve the experience.
• Device data — basic device information and crash logs needed to keep the app stable.

How We Use It

Your information is used only to deliver personalised readings, remember your story across sessions, process payments, send transactional emails, and maintain the safety and quality of the service. We do not sell your personal information.

AI & Conversations

Readings are generated by large language models. We minimise the data shared with third-party model providers, never include your real name or contact details in prompts, and forbid providers from training on your content.

Data Retention & Deletion

You may export or delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app or by emailing hello@asktheoracle.co. We retain backups for up to 30 days after deletion.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited, logged and protected by multi-factor authentication.

Your Rights
