Where the natal chart describes character, transits describe when. A “Saturn return,” for example, is Saturn transiting back to the position it held at your birth, around ages 29 and 58 — classically a threshold of maturity and reckoning. On a reflective reading of astrology, transits aren’t fixed predictions but prompts: a way of naming and thinking about a chapter of your life, not a verdict about how it will end.
